Case StudyTop Choice Exterior Services · Bellevue, WA

The before-and-after does the selling.

Top Choice is a new exterior-cleaning company on the Eastside — roofs, gutters, moss, pressure washing, windows, solar panels. A trade where the work photographs beautifully and almost nobody's website shows it. We built the whole presence around that gap.

The Top Choice Exterior Services homepage — 'A higher standard of exterior cleaning' over a clean modern house

Live build — the company's own domain connects at launch.

The situation

A one-owner company getting off the ground, competing against outfits with crews, trucks, and ad budgets. What it had instead: years of genuinely excellent work photos and a standard most competitors don't hold themselves to.

For a trade like this the website has one job — make a homeowner believe the transformation before the phone call. Everything else on the site exists to get out of the way of the photos.

What we built

Proof-first pages. Before-and-after sliders sit directly under the hero, not buried on a gallery page — though the full gallery is there too, grouped by service, 27 pairs deep.

A quote pipeline.Every page funnels to a quote form that lands in the owner's inbox, plus tap-to-call for the people who'd rather just talk. No login, no account, no friction.

Service depth for search. Dedicated pages for each service — roof cleaning, moss treatment, gutters, pressure washing, windows, solar — each written for the specific search a homeowner actually types, with its own FAQ and structured data.

Details that mattered

The proof does the selling
We went through 205 raw job photos and kept the 27 pairs where the transformation is undeniable — moss-choked roofs coming back clean, gutters growing ferns, solar panels you can see the sky in again. Pairs that read as subtle got cut. A weak before-and-after is worse than none.
Fast on a phone in a driveway
Every photo is converted and compressed so the gallery loads on a phone standing in the customer's yard — which is where these decisions actually get made.
Built to be handed out
Print-ready QR cards for the truck, the counter, and door hangers, all pointing at the site. The web presence and the physical presence sell each other.
Questions answered before the call
Every service has its own FAQ, marked up with structured data so Google can read the answers too. The calls that come in start further along.
